Exchange Refund Return Shipping Policy

The industry standard for customized products dictates a no return and a no refund policy, however, if an order is not well received due to an error on our part, we will reprint the order and ship it Ground Service. When an error has been confirmed, we will make every attempt to promptly reprint the order. We will process the reprint order exactly as you had originally requested plus any necessary corrections. The product, log/artwork or imprint color cannot be changed when processing the reprint unless pre-approved by us.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our business, in that each item/garment is fully customized to the specifications of the customer, it is not possible under most circumstances for Granny and Grandpa’s Custom Creations to accept returns of any customized items sold. A return or refund may be permitted at the discretion of Granny and Grandpa’s Custom Creations with the following conditions;

  • The item(s) is returned within 10 calendar days from the date it was received.

  • The item(s) is returned unused and in the same condition in which it was received.

  • The item(s) must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • The item(s) are not a custom designed and/or personalized

  • Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

  • If the product is damage in any way, or you have initiated the return after 10 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • In the event a Custom has confirmed an order and artwork has begun and/or printed, the cancellation may result in an art charge for work begun and/or a restocking fee for merchandise order.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Once an order has left our facility, Granny and Grandpa’s Custom Creations will not be responsible for any delays caused by shipping companies. Granny and Grandpa’s Custom Creations will not be held responsible in the even the custom is not available for delivery or customer refuses delivery.

Granny and Grandpa’s Custom Creations does offer order pick ups at the location of our store at 24 1/2 Central Avenue / Lower Level, Buffalo, MN 55313. Please contact Granny and Grandpa’s Custom Creations to schedule your pick up. If order is not picked up in 7 days, we will ship. If order is picked up customer will receive a credit back for the shipping fees. WE do not deliver to AFO and FPO addresses.
