As a UPS Authorized Shipping Provider, we make it convenient for you to ship packages, process returns, or print shipping labels, including Amazon returns. At this time, we are unable to process QR Codes, but we do offer emailing us your shipping label. Packages can be dropped off at 24 1/2 Central Avenue / Lower Level, Buffalo, MN 55313.. Granny and Grandpa's Custom Creations is more than just a small business; we are a proud and active part of the Buffalo, MN community. Over the years, we have had the privilege of supporting various causes and hosting events that make a difference; we have launched fundraising campaigns for a local sports group, breast cancer organizations and an Autism organization, hosted golf and dart tournaments, and even political events.

In early 2021, our community faced a horrific tragedy—a shooting at the Allina Medical Clinic in Buffalo. In response, we quickly designed three t-shirts to raise funds for the five victims of this devastating event. It was our way of coming together as a community to show support and love during such a challenging time.
